PHASE 1 — DISCOVER
Two weeks to a shippable plan
We spend the first two weeks on your problem, not our backlog. Data, team, constraints, the decisions that are actually blocking progress. One conversation a week, written summaries after each.
The output is not a slide deck. It is a plan specific enough to start building from, with the obvious risks and the non-obvious ones called out in plain language.

PHASE 2 — BUILD
Production from week one
We do not build prototypes that have to be thrown away. The first commit goes to production infrastructure. Weekly checkpoints with the people who will use the system, with working software in each of them.
Pair programming with AI tools is how we move faster, not a talking point. It means the senior operator in the room ships the same amount of code a small team used to.

When it is ready to live entirely inside your team, we hand it off with documentation the next engineer can pick up in an afternoon.
